Design
At SS Tuff Pipe, we recognize that every underground system is unique. Our pipes are engineered to accommodate thermal expansion, provide installation flexibility, and ensure service compatibility. SS Tuff Pipe® can be customized to meet the specific requirements of your project.
Stainless Steel
SS Tuff Pipe® is designed utilizing stainless steel to ensure virtually zero corrosion.
End Seal
SS Tuff Pipe® has a unique end seal that allows for thermal growth of the inner pipe while having a zero-leakage pressure tested outer seal.
Field Weld
SS Tuff Pipe® is normally shipped in 40’ lengths. These lengths can be welded together at the jobsite using a field weld jacket system. The fully welded stainless steel jacket ensures a zero-leakage installation.
Design Flexibility
SS Tuff Pipe® can be designed to allow for changes in direction (elbows) or anchor rings installed to control thermal growth.
